Biology Associate Project Manager Onsite

Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences industry, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join their team. As an Associate Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting multiple teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Create process maps and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain project plans and tracking systems to ensure timely delivery
• Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements
• Support SKU setup and participate in various process improvement projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and communication

What's Needed?

• B.S. or B.A. in Business, Biology, Chemistry, or related life sciences field
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Knowledge of biological technologies; cell biology, gene editing, genetic engineering, stem cell biology are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities
