Business Analyst - Senior

As a Business Analyst - Senior, you will be part of the Business Transformation Department supporting the Operations and Technology teams. What's the Job?

• Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
• Support the development and refinement of requirements for Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) systems, including OCR/ML data extraction and AI-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases, activation strategies, and success criteria for AI and automation initiatives.
• Document requirements for data payload generation and ensure seamless integration with downstream systems and automation processes.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or operations environment.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, including developing epics, user stories, and business rules.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for requirements management and collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, developer-ready user stories.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI, OCR/ML tools, or document automation technologies is a plus, but not mandatory.
