Our client, an electronics processing, reuse, and recycling company, is seeking a Hardware Technician to join their team. As a Hardware Technician, you will be part of the Reverse Logistics operations supporting the management and processing of used electronic equipment. The ideal candidate will have reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Greencastle, Pennsylvania
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range:$26/hour
What's the Job?
- Receive, maintain, and check-out electronic parts ensuring inventory accuracy
- Load and unload shipments and transport parts between locations using material-handling equipment
- Perform frequent lifting and material handling with attention to safety protocols
- Maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing commodities
- Apply knowledge to determine appropriate testing procedures and component handling
What's Needed?
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and physically robust with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Prior experience in warehousing, reverse logistics, manufacturing, or de-manufacturing is a plus but not required
- Comfort with physical demands: ability to lift, bend, and maneuver materials regularly throughout shifts
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team
