We are seeking a User Experience Designer to join our team.

Remote-with ability to work ET hours and be onsite with clients (in NYC) when needed.
Must-Have skills for the role:
(UI/UX Designer): Customer Experience Design, User Research, Streamlit and hands-on experience with Cortex AI
Nice-to-have skills:
(UI/UX Designer): Snowflake Cortex, Usability Design, User Interface Usability Test & Tools, User Interface (UI) Design
Years of experience needed: 5+ years in relevant AI/ML Engineer or User Experience Designer, with the required recent experience in Cortex AI
(UI/UX Designer):
Requires Streamlit and hands-on experience with Cortex AI (latest Cortex functions and capabilities, including CoCo - formerly Cortex Code; and Snowflake CoWork - formerly Snowflake Intelligence).
Ability to work ET hours and be onsite with clients (in NYC) when needed.
Responsibilities: As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, demonstrating strong influencing and advisory skills. You will take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
Master proficiency in Customer Experience Design is required.
Master proficiency in User Research is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Organizational Strategy, along with expert proficiency in Usability Design, User Interface Usability Test & Tools, and User Interface (UI) Design, are suggested.
Lead the development of user experience strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
Advise stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends in user experience and design.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Champion quality standards and continuous improvement within the user experience design process
