AI Enablement Architect

Our client, a leading organization in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking an AI Enablement Architect to join their team. As an AI Enablement Architect, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting enterprise-wide workflow automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AI Enablement Architect

Location:New York City, New York

Pay Range: 65/hr 

What's the Job?

• Embed within business and corporate units to understand daily workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Document end-to-end business workflows and translate them into automation solutions using enterprise platforms
• Configure, build, and deploy workflow automation solutions, owning both documentation and implementation
• Apply a train-the-trainer approach to promote adoption and internal capability building
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and communicate progress effectively

What's Needed?

• 2–5 years of experience in platform administration, business analysis, workflow automation, or solutions implementation
• Hands-on experience configuring and building in platforms such as Airtable, Salesforce, Zendesk, or Claude Co-Work
• Ability to both document workflows and implement automation solutions
• Strong communication skills to work directly with diverse business teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
