Our client, a leading organization in the technology and corporate support sector, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant 3 to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant 3, you will be part of the Global Channel Partner Sales department supporting healthcare-focused partner initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 3
Location: Remote (Must be CST, MDT, or PST)
Pay Range: $34.01- $36.67/hr
Duration: 10 months
What's the Job?
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably supporting executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
