Our client, a leading consumer goods manufacturer, is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to join their team. As a Business Intelligence Lead, you will be part of the Data & Analytics department supporting business stakeholders and development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Intelligence Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Role: In-office 4 days a week, 1 day remote)

Pay Range: Up to $110,000

What's the Job?

  • Lead and manage a team of Data Product Developers to ensure effective delivery of data products and analytical outputs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize work, manage expectations, and align deliverables with business needs.
  • Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and data applications that support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained across all data products, supporting enterprise data governance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with developers and AI/ML teams to integrate advanced analytics and AI solutions into data products.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role overseeing teams or projects.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as SQL and Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of data standards, reporting, and analytical product delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
