Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data center industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Technical Support Tech I to join their team. As a Technical Support Tech I, you will be part of the Data Center Operations team supporting the LBO Processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Arlington, VA
Pay Range: $28 per hour
What's the Job?
- Process allocation tickets from the Data Center "Late Bind Optics" Sim resolver group for optic inventory management.
- Handle requests for optic inventory allocation or transfer for data center projects.
- Support end users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to inventory and data center operations.
- Document, track, and monitor tickets to ensure timely resolution and effective communication.
- Contribute to established processes with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
What's Needed?
- Basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications.
- 0-3 years of experience in technical support or related fields.
- Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines effectively.
- Strong communication skills for supporting end users and team collaboration.
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a related area is preferred.
