What's the Job?

  • Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
  • Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemblies of systems and products in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Maintain daily production goals, exceed response time expectations, and support operational plans with minimal supervision.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience with demonstrated competence.
  • Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
  • Ability to manage consumable inventory, replace toner/consumables, and assist end users with device functionality.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform initial diagnostics and repairs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
