Our client is seeking a Onsite Support Associate to join their team. As a Onsite Support Associate, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting client sites. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay range: $21- $28
What's the Job?
- Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms/applications using established protocols.
- Identify incident trends for the purpose of escalating incidents, adhering to strict timeframes, and following established protocols.
- Conduct routine installations and configurations, assembling and integrating system/products in accordance with standard protocols.
- Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations inquiries promptly and appropriately, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Execute scripted change management activities, adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes to maintain service quality and compliance.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma, GED, or higher secondary education, or demonstrated competence through work experience.
- Typically 2-5 years of related work experience, preferably in maintenance, quality, or a related field.
- Ability to manage consumable inventory and perform device troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
