Principal Marketing Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the marketing and technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and strategic Principal Marketing Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Principal Marketing Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Marketing Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proactive mindset and a passion for operational excellence, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead end-to-end management of high-volume commercial media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, dashboards, and communication frameworks to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, analytics, legal, finance, and agency partners to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
• Establish campaign governance, approval workflows, escalation procedures, and decision checkpoints to ensure operational consistency.
• Build scalable campaign management processes, documentation, and training materials to support ongoing and future projects.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex marketing programs, integrated campaigns, or large-scale initiatives.
• Proven success in operating at a senior or principal project management level within fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with alliance marketing and partner-funded programs, especially with companies like Microsoft, Intel, and AMD.
• Strong background in developing scalable operating models, governance structures, and process improvements.
