Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: 1201 2nd Ave, Floor 17 Seattle, WA 98101, USA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Duration: 1-year commitment with possibility of extension and potential conversion based on performance
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $26–27/hr


Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Workplace Experience (WX) & Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of the office. This is a true receptionist role focused on greeting visitors and supporting workplace operations.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for employees, clients, candidates, partners, and guests while ensuring a smooth and professional workplace experience. This role does not involve handling incoming phone calls.
The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high office standards, demonstrates strong initiative, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Required Experience
  • 2–3+ years of experience in:

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome employees, candidates, clients, partners, and visitors as the first point of contact.
  • Maintain awareness of site events, executive leadership schedules, and external visitors.
  • Assist with vendor screening.
  • Support Workplace Experience (WX) and Real Estate initiatives and projects.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing office deliveries.
  • Manage office supply inventory and maintain organized backstock.
  • Conduct daily floor checks in common areas.
  • Support onsite Real Estate, Facilities, and Workplace Experience teams.
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and support of site events.
  • Manage parking passes and validations.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to front desk emails.
  • Perform general administrative duties including:
    • Scheduling
    • Data entry
    • Filing
    • General correspondence
  • Utilize workplace technologies including:
    • Badging systems
    • Envoy
    • Zoom
    • Coda
    • Ticketing systems
  • Assist with booking executive conference rooms, transportation, meals, restaurants, and local venues.
  • Support additional office locations where Workplace Experience staff are unavailable.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the employee workplace experience.
  • Manage guest check-in/check-out and badging processes.
  • Inspect office spaces for maintenance issues and generate work tickets for appropriate departments.

Required Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to confidently interact with customers and employees at all organizational levels
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Strong sense of urgency with timely follow-up and resolution of requests
  • Commitment to completing the full contract duration
