Operations Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Wire Transfer Department supporting operational support functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operations Analyst

Location: Los Angeles, CA ( 3 days onsite every week)

Pay Range: $42/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform operational support duties within the Wire Transfer Department under general supervision.
• Receive and validate wire transfer requests from customers, verifying signatures and confirming details over recorded telephone lines.
• Log wire requests from customers, branches, and other departments to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Process wire transfer instructions through the Wire Transfer and SWIFT systems efficiently and accurately.
• Analyze wire information to execute payments to correspondent banks and resolve customer issues promptly.

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
• Excellent communication skills for verifying and confirming wire details with customers.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues related to wire transfers.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and departmental policies related to wire transfers.
• Experience with SWIFT systems and online banking platforms is preferred.
