Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a QA Technician to join their team. As a QA Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting manufacturing and product development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA Technician
Location: Burlington, MA
Duration: 3-4 months with possible extension

Pay Range:$20/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Perform first article incoming inspection of purchased components and inspection of production operations, including documenting inspection and audit results.
  • Conduct final product inspections against specifications and procedural requirements.
  • Document nonconformances and initiate related documentation changes.
  • Monitor and perform calibration and maintenance of all test equipment and fixtures.
  • Assist with or perform Gage R&R studies, process control, and monitoring of critical-to-quality parameters and specifications.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection or related roles.
  • Experience assisting with validations, qualifications, calibration, and NCMR dispositioning.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems, FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with optical measurement equipment, hand tools, gages, pressure, and force testing fixtures.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, including data analysis and report writing.
