Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team. As a Human Resources Specialist you will be part of the Employee Support Department supporting HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Alpharetta, GA
Work schedule (days & time): HR Support is open from 9 am - 7 pm. -Must have the ability to work until 7 pm

What's the Job?
- Handle telephonic and electronic inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide direct resolutions or route inquiries to relevant departments efficiently.
- Navigate multiple HR systems to identify resources and ensure thorough case documentation.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully both verbally and in writing.
- Support a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment focused on delivering exceptional employee care.
