Our client, a global leader in procurement and supply chain solutions, is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join their team. As a Procurement Analyst, you will be part of the Procurement Transformation Department supporting the Supplier Enablement Workstream. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Maplewood, MN
Pay Range: $18 to $22
Duration: 12 month contract
What's the Job?
- Support the onboarding of suppliers into the new GEP procurement system, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining process documentation, job aids, and training materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify process improvements, and support system stabilization activities.
- Help with data analysis, validation, and cleanup activities to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Support reporting efforts and help track issues, risks, and follow-up items during the project lifecycle.
What's Needed?
- Recent college graduate or entry-level professional with a strong interest in procurement or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
