Information Technology Business Systems Analyst III

Our client, a public sector organization specializing in innovative solutions and community support, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Information Technology Business Systems Analyst III to join their team. As an integral part of the IT department supporting payroll and benefits systems, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title:IT Business Systems Analyst

Location: Onsite in Sacramento, CA

Pay Range:  $47.00 to $52.00

What's the Job?

• Lead and complete complex SAP benefits and payroll service requests, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Configure SAP payroll rules, schemas, and functions to meet organizational needs.
• Gather and analyze detailed business requirements through requirements gathering sessions and meetings.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Support SAP system enhancements, automation projects, and report creation related to payroll and benefits.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 8 years of recent SAP configuration experience in benefits and payroll modules.
• At least 5 years of experience working with SAP ECC 6.0, Enhancement Package 8 or later.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Benefits, Payroll Rules, Schemas, and Wage Type Configuration.
• Experience with SAP ERP 6.0 (Enhancement Package 8) in a public sector environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and knowledge transfer skills.
