Pega - Lead System Architect

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Pega - Lead System Architect to join their team. As a Pega - Lead System Architect, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting the Application Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and support complex Pega CLM solutions to meet business needs.
• Lead the implementation of Trigger Based Refresh and modernization initiatives.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and external services to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive application performance optimization, resiliency, and security enhancements.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across multiple workstreams.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega development, especially Pega CLM.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale Pega applications.
• Strong knowledge of Java, REST APIs, SQL, XML, and enterprise application integration.
