Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Developer - Redmond, WA

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Sr, Software Engineer you will be an integral part of the Applications Development & Test department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $65-70/Hour on W2

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and test scalable software solutions to support cybersecurity initiatives.
• Build custom CRM solutions and power pages to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency.
• Review and modify existing databases and database management systems to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and implement system security measures.
• Develop standards and guidelines to ensure secure and effective software use and acquisition.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience developing custom CRM solutions and coding with C#.
• Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and make necessary system adjustments.
