Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a USA - Quality Assurance Engineer I- CTQ to join their team. As a USA - Quality Assurance Engineer I- CTQ, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting manufacturing and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Drive continuous improvement actions focused on product quality.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to develop acceptance criteria for production processes.
- Analyze production quality data to identify trends or issues requiring action or CAPA activity.
- Assist in creating and implementing procedures within the quality management system.
- Review manufacturing process and part deviations, and support external audits and customer inquiries related to quality assurance.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with manufacturing and quality methodologies such as QFD, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.
- Understanding of statistical analysis techniques and tools.
- Experience with formal quality systems such as ISO 13485 or ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in reading technical product documentation and using Microsoft Office tools.
