Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a SQL DBA to join their team. As a SQL DBA, you will be part of the Database Support team supporting enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Manage and support medium-to-high profile database projects and services, focusing on analytics and operational reporting.
- Configure and maintain Always On availability groups with SQL Server 2019 - 2022 to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with technology teams and business partners to implement, support, and optimize data architecture and services.
- Develop documentation and technical procedures to support ongoing database operations and enhancements.
- Provide analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for database-related issues across all SDLC environments.
What's Needed?
- 4+ years of experience in Database Engineering or equivalent, including hands-on expertise with Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS.
- Experience managing Always On configurations with SQL Server 2019 - 2022.
- Strong knowledge of database administration, performance tuning, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Nice to have: Autosys experience and familiarity with ServiceNow.
