We are seeking a UI/UX Designer  to join our team.

• Develop and maintain responsive employee-facing portals using ServiceNow Employee Center, Service Portal, and modern web technologies.
• Build custom widgets, components, and user interfaces to improve user experience and self-service adoption.
• Integrate portal solutions with HRSD and other enterprise applications. Optimize portal performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with UX designers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive digital experiences.
