Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Employee Center / Service Portal Developer to design, develop, and enhance employee-facing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow Employee Center (EC), Service Portal, custom widget development, and modern web technologies. You will work closely with UX designers, architects, HR teams, and business stakeholders to build intuitive, responsive, and high-performing employee self-service portals.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive employee-facing portals using ServiceNow Employee Center and Service Portal.
• Build custom widgets, components, and user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow frameworks.
• Integrate portal solutions with HRSD and other enterprise applications.
• Optimize portal performance, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Troubleshoot portal issues and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with UX designers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow Employee Center.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal.
• Experience developing custom widgets and portal components.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS skills.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with HRSD and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
