Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a System Administrator 1 to join their team. As a System Administrator 1, you will be part of the IT support and platform management team supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Remote

Pay Range:$27.00 to $35.00

What's the Job?

  • Lead analysis of complex business requirements and translate them into platform solutions and configurations.
  • Develop and document future state designs, user stories, and process improvements.
  • Configure and test Salesforce solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide platform administration, including user support, access management, and system performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate systems and recommend enhancements for optimal operation.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as computer science or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in platform administration or solutioning.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications preferred.
  • Experience with source control tools like GIT, Bitbucket, and development tools such as Visual Studio.
