Our client, a leader in data center infrastructure and security, is seeking a Legal & Product Security - Security Compliance Analyst II to join their team. As a Legal & Product Security - Security Compliance Analyst II, you will be part of the Security Operations Department supporting Data Center Security initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Ensure compliance with security standards and certifications such as CPP, PSP, PCI, CC, CISP, etc.
  • Support physical security operations, including access management systems and guard force management.
  • Oversee third-party risk assessments and manage security incident response processes.
  • Develop and optimize security processes, procedures, and business continuity plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define security requirements and support strategic security initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security compliance, physical security operations, or related fields.
  • Relevant security certifications such as CPP, PSP, PCI, CC, or CISP.
  • Deep knowledge of physical security management, incident response, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
