What's the Job?

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development programs, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand system architecture, design, and integration points, providing guidance rooted in technical expertise.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively by working closely with architects, developers, QA, and operations teams.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and maintain clear ownership across all parties.
• Facilitate communication and reporting to leadership through dashboards, KPIs, and regular updates to ensure transparency and alignment.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 8+ years of project or program management experience in large-scale initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver high-visibility, complex programs in dynamic environments.
• Strong experience in building trust with stakeholders and navigating highly matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
