Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Portfolio Operations Specialist Level 1 to join their team. As a Portfolio Operations Specialist Level 1, you will be part of the Portfolio Management Department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage project time tracking to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Process purchase orders and invoices efficiently to support operational workflows
• Assist in managing operating and capital budgets to optimize resource allocation
• Oversee contract management and vendor performance to maintain high standards
• Support capacity and resource planning, including estimating for business cases

What's Needed?

• 2-5 years of overall experience in a related field
• Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to participate in audits and support related activities
