Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Planview Administrator to join their team. As a Planview Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Project Management Support team, ensuring the seamless operation of project portfolio management tools and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Planview Administrator

Location: Maryland

Pay Range: $67-69/hr 

What's the Job?

  • Manage and optimize the use of Planview tools including Project Portfolio Management, Portfolios Agile Place, Planview Hub, ANVI, ICP, Roadmaps, and Automart.
  • Support and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring continuous availability and performance of project management software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to users, promoting best practices for system utilization.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.

  • Proven experience with Planview Project Portfolio Management and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and software systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
