Senior Windchill PLM Software Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and engineering industry, is seeking a Senior Windchill PLM Software Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Windchill PLM Software Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Support Department supporting Product Lifecycle Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design and develop AI-native workflows to automate high-volume PLM and NPI activities.
• Build integration layers connecting Windchill with enterprise Master Data Management, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, and downstream systems.
• Configure, customize, and enhance Windchill applications using Java, APIs, workflows, and event frameworks.
• Automate creation of new part records, ensuring validation and compliance with data standards.
• Develop intelligent workflows for BOM generation, validation, and management to support complex product configurations.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience with PTC Windchill PLM systems and enterprise integration skills.
• Proficiency in Java, Windchill APIs, and customization techniques.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management processes and automation strategies.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflow automation and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
