Digital Engagement Analyst (MyBlock)

Our client, a leading organization in the financial technology sector, is seeking a Digital Engagement Analyst to join their team. As a Digital Engagement Analyst, you will be part of the Digital Engagement Department supporting cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Digital Engagement Analyst 

Location: Remote

Pay Range: Up to $30/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Build, test, deploy, experiment, and optimize in-app campaigns using the Airship Engagement Platform.
• Develop personalized engagement journeys that support onboarding, feature adoption, retention, and customer education.
• Create and maintain in-app content including banners, cards, message center experiences, surveys, and interstitials.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into engaging customer experiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and develop reports to evaluate engagement effectiveness and business outcomes.

What's Needed?

• 1–3 years of experience with digital engagement platforms such as Airship, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Background in marketing communications, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Experience building, testing, and deploying in-app messages, push notifications, and personalized digital experiences.
• Strong writing, content development skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with data, support campaign QA, audience validation, and performance reporting.
