Program Manager Non Tech 3

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Program Manager  to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Customer Success Unit supporting initiatives focused on customer health, foundations, and security. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 3

Location: Remote (Must be located and work within the Eastern Time Zone)

Pay Range: $55/hr to $59/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate staff work, overseeing staff development and competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
• Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of program/project management experience.
• Strong security knowledge or background.
• Excellent executive communication skills, including preparing content and presenting to leadership.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
• Ability to support security strategy, security programs, and customer security posture improvements.
