Our client, an industry leader in project management and business solutions, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the project management support team, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a high level of adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project scope elements are well-understood and managed effectively.
- Act as a communication bridge between Project Managers and Business teams, facilitating high-level business analysis and project management tasks.
- Maintain awareness of each director’s backlog of work and current project logs to support seamless project flow.
- Assist in tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Support contract-to-hire processes, with initial engagements lasting approximately six months.
