Supplier Enablement Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated Supplier Enablement Specialist to join their team. As a Supplier Enablement Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain Management department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to its success.

Job Title: Supplier Enablement Specialist

Location: West Des Moines, IA & Charlotte, NC

Pay Range:$30-32 an hourly

What's the Job?

  • Create and modify supplier profiles to support ongoing projects and system enhancements
  • Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external suppliers regarding supplier setup and process questions
  • Prioritize and resolve escalated issues independently to ensure smooth supplier onboarding and maintenance
  • Analyze process risks and document procedures to improve team performance and system accuracy
  • Manage system clean-up projects, including inactivating unused supplier locations to maintain data integrity

What's Needed?

  • Experience with Ariba, PeopleSoft, or similar supplier management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and research skills for accurate supplier data management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Prior experience supporting procurement or supply chain projects is preferred
