Sr. Salesforce Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join their team. As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the IT support team supporting CreditCenter and Risk-related technology solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Addison, TX (local, not remote)

What's the Job?

• Lead the development and support of Salesforce platform enhancements related to Wholesale Credit technology.
• Collaborate with team members to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective fixes.
• Guide a team of 5+ developers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce SFDC, REST API, APEX, and Visualforce.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical solutions, and deployment processes.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience supporting IT systems and databases.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform implementation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce SFDC, AppExchange, REST API, and Data Loader.
• Experience with APEX, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations; Salesforce certifications are a plus.
