Logistics Specialist

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and logistics services, is seeking a USA - Logistics Specialist to join their team. As a USA - Logistics Specialist, you will be part of the Logistics Operations Department supporting the Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: USA - Logistics Specialist

Location: Hoboken, NJ

Pay Range: $44.75

What's the Job?

  • Manage inventory activities at collaborative manufacturers and re-packers across North America.
  • Perform inventory transactions, adjustments, and physical inventory audits within SAP ERP system.
  • Report on production and shipment data, monitor processes, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize inbound and outbound shipping costs and reduce business waste.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement and deployment teams to implement logistics strategies.

  • Experience working with SAP ERP systems or similar inventory management tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop clear process maps.
