Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and transportation industry, is seeking a USA - Logistics Specialist to join their team. As a USA - Logistics Specialist, you will be part of the Logistics Operations Department supporting the logistics billing and payment processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hoboken, NJ
Pay Range: $44.75
What's the Job?
- Review and verify freight invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts and agreements.
- Process freight and accessorial invoices using internal systems to ensure timely payment.
- Reconcile freight invoices with shipment records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate with carriers and vendors to address and resolve billing issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve invoice processing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in transportation operations or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
