Intelligent Automation Governance Lead - SAP 4

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a talented and dedicated Intelligent Automation Governance Lead - SAP S4 to join their dynamic team. As an integral part of the Automation and IT department supporting the Finance and SAP teams, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and collaborative skills, which will enable them to thrive within the organization and contribute to its ongoing success.

Job Title: Intelligent Automation Governance Lead - SAP S4

Location: Remote 

What's the Job?

• Ensure automation continuity throughout the SAP S/4HANA transition, executing remediation and re-delivery with minimal business disruption.
• Assess and classify the entire Finance automation portfolio for S4 readiness, determining which automations to retain, redesign, retire, or replace.
• Prepare the automation estate and AI platform for migration and scaling, maintaining resilience during the transition.
• Partner with SAP project teams, IT, and internal automation teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive automation redesign roadmap aligned with project timelines.
• Establish and enforce governance controls, release standards, and impact analysis procedures to safeguard automation processes during platform changes.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA delivery, or enterprise automation lifecycle management.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath automation solutions, including architecture and governance roles.
• Proven expertise in assessing and remediating automation portfolios during major ERP or platform migrations, especially SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Order-to-Cash.
• Experience defining and operating release governance and change-control frameworks in production environments.
