Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data Quality Manager to join their team. As a Data Quality Manager, you will be part of the Data Governance and Compliance department supporting various operational and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Quality Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week)

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?

  • Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify compliance risks, operational issues, and process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries supporting governance reporting, audit reviews, testing oversight, and compliance assessments
  • Reconcile data across multiple systems of record to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Create executive dashboards, operational scorecards, and trend analysis reports to support decision-making
  • Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and governance initiatives through evidence collection and analysis

What's Needed?

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, SQL development, and database investigation
  • Strong understanding of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
  • Experience with data reconciliation, validation, and quality management activities
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to large audiences including practitioners, managers, and senior leadership
