Our banking client is seeking a Lead UI/ ReactJS Architect to join their team. As a Lead UI/ ReactJS Architect, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting enterprise-wide modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, innovative thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead UI/ ReactJS Architect 

Location: Jersey City, NJ (hybrid)

Pay Range: 70-73/hr W2
Due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2

What's the Job?

• Execute the overall UI strategy for the Correspondence Hub platform.
• Establish and govern enterprise-wide UI architecture, design standards, reusable components, and development patterns.
• Ensure a cohesive, intuitive, and consistent user experience across multiple capabilities developed by different teams.
• Drive adoption of common UI frameworks, design systems, accessibility standards, and development best practices.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of large-scale enterprise portals hosting multiple business capabilities.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years leading enterprise web platform strategy and architecture.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale enterprise portals that integrate multiple capabilities from different development teams.
• Deep hands-on experience with ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3.
• Strong understanding of backend integration using Java Spring Boot, .NET Core APIs, RESTful services.
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications on OpenShift Container Platform and Kubernetes-based environments.
