GCP Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a GCP Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their innovative team. As a GCP Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be part of the Cloud Engineering department supporting enterprise-scale SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: GCP Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Remote (United States)

What's the Job?

• Design and engineer scalable, secure, and modular cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Create highly available multi-tenant SaaS environments that support enterprise needs.
• Develop and implement cloud foundations utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and Google Fast Fabric.
• Establish standards, reference architectures, and best practices for cloud governance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security, compliance, and strategic alignment of cloud initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or enterprise cloud architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Extensive expertise in Terraform Infrastructure as Code and cloud foundation design.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, governance, compliance frameworks, and multi-org GCP environments.
