Our top Enterprise Financial Services Client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (NowAssist) to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer (NowAssist), you will be part of the IT department supporting risk, compliance, security, and enterprise operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will enable you to succeed within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered experiences across the ServiceNow platform focusing on IRM, GRC, BCM, Privacy, and Enterprise Risk.
• Configure and customize AI Agents and Agentic Workflows to automate governance and compliance activities.
• Build conversational experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent to enhance employee engagement.
• Support platform-native configuration and build reusable automation components following enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient platform solutions.

What's Needed?

• Experience in ServiceNow platform development and configuration.
• Knowledge of AI solution design, workflow automation, and governance principles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management, compliance, and security processes.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to explain AI concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
