Our client is seeking a Cyber Data Platform Director to join their team. As a Cyber Data Platform Director, you will be part of the Cyber Technology team supporting enterprise data ingestion, security, and observability initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Design, engineer, and scale enterprise data ingestion pipelines for cyber platforms, including Splunk
- Lead onboarding and integration of application, infrastructure, data sources, especially Kubernetes and cloud-native environments
- Engineer and optimize ingestion mechanisms such as HEC, syslog, and edge processing layers
- Enable Kubernetes-based logging and observability integrations across containerized environments
- Collaborate with global teams to develop scalable, self-service onboarding models and improve data quality
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
- Extensive experience with large-scale data platforms, preferably Splunk, ELK, Kafka, or similar
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, containerized environments, and cloud platforms such as Azure
- Hands-on experience with data ingestion technologies like Universal Forwarders, HEC, syslog
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java and familiarity with DevOps practices
