Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Loan IQ Trainer to join their team. As a Loan IQ Trainer, you will be part of the Training and Development Department supporting large-scale system implementation and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for empowering others through effective training solutions, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on LoanIQ system functionality and business processes.
  • Support training initiatives related to LoanIQ implementations, conversions, and ongoing portfolio transformation efforts.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and project teams to identify training needs and create engaging learning materials.
  • Facilitate instructor-led sessions, virtual training, and record training content for broader distribution.
  • Assist with change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience developing and delivering training for complex enterprise systems.
  • Strong background in financial services, lending, or banking operations.
  • Experience with LoanIQ or similar large-scale banking platforms is highly preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex system workflows into clear, user-friendly training content.
  • Excellent facilitation skills with experience in virtual and recorded training sessions.
