ERP Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking an ERP Project Manager to join their team. As an ERP Project Manager, you will be part of the Service Delivery department supporting enterprise-wide ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proactive risk management abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for Tyler ERP implementation engagements, from discovery through go-live and stabilization
• Establish and maintain project governance structures, communication cadences, and executive reporting standards
• Safeguard project timelines, scope boundaries, and financial targets through disciplined change control
• Serve as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor to client executive sponsors and steering committees
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Functional, Technical, and Change Management workstreams

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise ERP or large-scale technology implementations
• Experience managing full project lifecycles from discovery through go-live and stabilization
• Strong command of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycles, including testing phases (SIT/UAT) and go-live readiness planning
• Proficiency in risk assessment, scope control, and financial management of projects
