Our client, a leader in healthcare technology solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the healthcare support department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative clinical imaging solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates only, Central Time Zone preferred)

What's the Job?

  • Manage 1-4 healthcare IT projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
  • Drive projects to meet deadlines and stay within budget expectations
  • Oversee project artifacts, budgets, risks, issues, and resource plans using ServiceNow
  • Coordinate meetings, testing activities, and stakeholder communications effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with leadership and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree or PMP certification required (either/or)
  • 5-7 years of IT Project Management experience preferred
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience, particularly in implementing or upgrading clinical imaging solutions such as Radiology, Cardiology, and PACS
  • Strong knowledge of formal project management methodologies and PMO processes
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Google Workspace tools preferred
