Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated IT Help Desk professional to join their dynamic team. As an IT Help Desk specialist, you will be an essential part of the IT support department, providing critical assistance to ensure smooth operational workflows and excellent user experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to innovation and service excellence.

Pay Range:  $30

What's the Job?

• Reimaging laptops to ensure they meet organizational standards and security protocols
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
• Maintaining and updating hardware and software inventories
• Documenting support requests and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
• Collaborating with team members to resolve complex technical issues efficiently

What's Needed?

• Experience with reimaging laptops and deploying software updates
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support tools
