Supply Chain Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting demand planning and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Maplewood, Minnesota

Pay Range: $18 to $22 p/h on w-2 

What's the Job?

• Execute transactional tasks supporting the Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) demand process
• Ensure accurate entry of demand data into ERP systems to facilitate inventory build requirements
• Maintain timely follow-up on requests and forecast transition from Phase Out to Phase In
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports on inventory build activities for leadership review
• Support data tool analytics to enhance supply chain decision-making

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel), SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, and Power BI
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and regions
• Analytical mindset with the ability to support data-driven decisions
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Educational background in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or relevant work experience
