Compliance Program Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Post Investigation Remediation Program supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
 

Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Bellevue, WA - Onsite
Duration: 6+ months
Pay Range: $45 - $45 / hr. on W2
 

What's the Job?

• Assist in managing and developing the company's enterprise Post Investigation Remediation Program
• Perform data entry, analytics, and prepare reports for executive review
• Maintain effective cross-functional relationships and increase program awareness
• Deliver presentations and training on compliance topics as needed
• Support program initiatives such as risk assessments, awareness campaigns, and technology implementation

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of corporate experience in program or project coordination
• Strong data entry and analytical skills, with experience in tools like Service Now preferred
• Excellent note-taking and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams
