Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Varicent Developer to join their team. As a Varicent Developer, you will be part of the Incentive Compensation Management team supporting the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Varicent platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Configure, develop, and support Varicent Incentive Compensation solutions.
- Develop and maintain data import processes used to load compensation and performance data into Varicent.
- Build, enhance, and troubleshoot compensation calculation logic and business rules.
- Develop, maintain, and support reports, dashboards, and compensation outputs used by business stakeholders.
- Configure and support workflow processes related to compensation administration and approvals.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of Varicent development and configuration experience.
- 5+ years of technical design experience supporting enterprise applications and business solutions.
- 5+ years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL and/or other data management, reporting, and query tools.
- Hands-on experience with data imports, compensation calculations, reporting, workflows, scheduler management, and Python scripting.
