Executive Administrative Assistant 3

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business support sector, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant III to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant III, you will be part of the Business Support and Administrative department supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant III
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $34.55- $37.25/hr
Duration: 12 months

What's the Job?

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior managers.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports efficiently.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas.
  • Handle correspondence, reports, and other documentation with confidentiality.
  • Support strategic planning activities and stakeholder engagement efforts.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in commercial business and a tech industry would be preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
